This is a zip file that includes two directories. One folder is for those with Team Explorer 2008 installed and consists of two files - the executable and the .config that needs to live in the same directory as the executable. The second folder is for those with Team Explorer 2005 installed and consists of only a single file - the executable.

The actual .exe files in both directories are identical. The only difference between the two 'installs' are in the .config file. For 2008 there are binding redirection entries in the .config file so that it looks for the 9.0 version of the Team Foundation dlls versus the 8.0.
