Instead the subscription is being created for the user that connected to Team Foundation Server. It would be a great addition to the product it if were possible to subscribe to event types for other users e.g. service accounts.
Comments: ** Comment from web user: wolfpackt **
There appears to be a subscription level permission in affect. look in tbl_security_permission_cache. There is a hash there. I tried changing the subscriber sid to my sid so that i could modify the subscription and no luck.

Created Issue: BuildStatusChangedEvent Subscription is wrong syntax

I think that the tool is using BuildStatusChangedEvent instead of BuildStatusChangeEvent when making subscriptions. The method I've been using to retrieve then delete the subscriptions for a user 1 at a time is using the "subscriber" field of the TfsIntegration..tbl_subscription table (which contains SIDs like this: S-1-5-21-3272651174-2824584819-1243235257-7363). The problem is that the SID value in the database is trailed by a bunch of spaces, so when it gets copied/pasted into the Username textbox, it doesn't return any subscriptions

Steps:
1. Enter a valid value for a user with current subscriptions in the Username textbox followed by a bunch of spaces
2. Click Get Subscriptions

Actual Result:
No subscriptions are returned (due to the extra spaces being treated literally as part of the username)

Expected Result:
White space would be ignored and I would see subscriptions for the user.

Suggestion:
Add a ".Trim()" method call on the end of userTextBox.Text where it is used in the foreach loop of ShowSubscriptions()
Commented Issue: You are not authorized to access

I was unable to launch the application, when I dig a little further, I noticed this error :

"An unhandled exception of type 'Microsoft.TeamFoundation.TeamFoundationServerUnauthorizedException' occurred in Microsoft.TeamFoundation.Client.dll
Additional information: TF30063: You are not authorized to access"

I guess this error pops up whenever you try to connect to a TFS where you are supposed to enter some credentials (SSL-connection) ?
Comments: ** Comment from web user: dotnetspace **
Any update on this?

Created Issue: does not gets all subscriptions

Hi,

I'm subscribed to an event it does not get, this is, to overriden checkin policies, as is shown in this link: https://forums.microsoft.com/MSDN/MigratedForum.aspx?siteid=1&PostID=2115806
CLOSED ISSUE: Binary should be built for X86 platform

TFS currently only supports runing as a 32 bit process the shiping exe is set for anycpu and thus fails to run on 64 bit machines

Workaround is to use corflags from .Net sdk to set 32bit only flag
CLOSED ISSUE: BuildStatusChangeEvent

There is a bug in that it trying to register for BuildStatusChangedEvent (note the past tense on Changed) when the actual event is BuildStatusChangeEvent
CLOSED ISSUE: Unable to resolve TFS server name

There is an unhandle NullReferenceException when it is unable to connect to a TFS server.
