One folder is for those with Team Explorer 2008 installed and consists of two files - the executable and the .config that needs to live in the same directory as the executable. The second folder is for those with Team Explorer 2005 installed and consists of only a single file - the executable.<br /><br />The actual .exe files in both directories are identical. The only difference between the two &#39;installs&#39; are in the .config file.
